Dental and medical practices
Fill your books. Recall every patient.
Handles every call while your team is chairside, books appointments straight into your calendar, and follows up with patients who are overdue for a check-up.
Where calls go missing
- Calls ring out while the whole team is with patients.
- Evenings and weekends go to voicemail, and most callers do not leave one.
- Recall lists sit in a drawer because nobody has time to phone round.

Questions
Is patient data secure?
For UK practices, call data is encrypted in transit, handled under UK GDPR, and never used to train models. For US practices, not yet: we cannot sign a HIPAA business associate agreement today, so DialAct must not be used for protected health information in the US.
Does it work with my practice software?
It books into Google Calendar today. Direct integrations with dental practice systems are on our roadmap.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. Forward your current line to the number we provision — it takes about two minutes with your phone provider. If you would rather move the number to us permanently, you can port it instead.
Will callers know it is not a person?
Yes, because we tell them. Every call opens by saying it is your business’s virtual assistant and that calls are recorded, and it always says plainly that it is an AI if asked. Most callers simply carry on, because it books the appointment either way.
